Job Description
You’ll be the digital voice of our customer, turning friction points into seamless flows and ideas into shippable solutions. If you’re someone who gets a thrill out of launching, testing, iterating (and yes, sometimes failing fast)
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Own the Chefgood website; driving improvements across acquisition, UX, and conversion
Define and prioritise product initiatives and relevant KPIs to evaluate success and inform continuous improvements
Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering (remote dev team), and Design to launch high-quality experiences fast
Identify problems worth solving through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input
Manage backlog, write clear user stories, and ruthlessly prioritise delivery
Run experiments (A/B tests, CRO, SEO tweaks) to optimise performance
Keep things moving – unblock devs, align stakeholders, and ship
Be an equal and collaborative partner to our existing Product Manager
Skills & Experience:
3–5 years' experience in digital product management (preferably in ecommerce or subscription businesses)
Strong understanding of CRO, UX principles, and web analytics (e.g., GA4, PostHog, heatmaps)
Experience effectively managing remote development teams
Experience in managing product roadmaps, budgeting, and ensuring on-time delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator who can wrangle stakeholders and cut through ambiguity
Comfortable making product decisions based on data and instinct
Knows how to ruthlessly prioritise and say "no" when needed
Has a bias for action, and thrives in fast-paced, imperfect environments
